1. Current position
The public Harmony landing page does not place advertising, behavioural-profiling, social-media, or optional analytics cookies on your device. It therefore does not display a consent banner merely to obtain unnecessary consent.
Under EU ePrivacy rules and the guidance of Luxembourg’s CNPD, consent is not required for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user. If Harmony later introduces any optional cookie or comparable technology, it will be blocked until an active choice has been made.

Public visitors do not receive this cookie. It is created only after an authorised administrator signs in to the private dashboard.
3. Cookie-free aggregate measurement
Harmony counts page views and whether a visit reaches 90% of the page. These first-party requests do not create or read a cookie, local-storage entry, fingerprint, advertising identifier, or individual visitor profile. The stored event contains the event type and time only. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.
Hosting infrastructure may still process short-lived technical request logs for delivery, abuse prevention, and security, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
4. Your controls
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the administrator-session cookie prevents access to the private dashboard but does not affect the public landing page. Because no optional cookie is currently used, there is no separate cookie-preference panel to manage.
5. Future changes
Before adding optional analytics, embedded media, advertising, or other non-essential storage, Harmony will update this notice and implement a consent mechanism that makes rejection as easy as acceptance. No optional technology will be activated before consent.
